If you would like to use the hot tub during your stay please request it in advance and it will be $100 per day fee to heat.

Pool is NOT heated

4bedrm home is set up for 8 guests but due to high demand we allow up to 10 guets with fee. Please bring airmattress & extra bedding for larger groups.
The space
The home is 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, open concept kitchen & living room. Fully gated. Garage access. Dog friendly!

We are located 20 min to downtown Palm Springs, 50 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park, 35 minutes to Coachella Music Festival, 29 min to Indian Wells Tennis Tournament, and 30 minutes to Acrisure Arena.

We have a pool, spa, fire-pit, board games, record player, and a tennis table and dart board in the garage.

No cable tv but we have wifi and you can log on to the televisions with your streaming accounts.

Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations.

Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.
