The walls are so thin, and at night there were people shouting and yelling, and swearing. Me and my daughter could not get a good rest and had to take naps throughout the day. Some of the staff were nice, but most gave us weird looks and were not greeting us at all. The housekeepers were so loud, yelling through the halls and chatting very loudly. They were playing very loud music and were very disrespectful. The room was a bit unclean, and the walls were a bit torn. The beds were so uncomfortable and it was so hard to sleep. There was NO shower gel in the bathroom , and no water in the room, so we had to get our own. The AC is very loud and it was so unbearable. The TV only had 49 channels, and was glitching all the time, so we couldn’t even watch tv. If you are someone who likes it to be quiet when you’re staying, this hotel is not for you. People were slamming doors throughout the night, and the staff was very unwelcoming. Do not expect much for breakfast, because it was very unappetizing and just unappealing. There was no “hot tub” in the room, and the rooms was so small. Overall, the whole stay was so disappointing. I’m never staying there again, and I recommend staying at a cleaner, quieter hotel with friendlier staff and better trained housekeeping.
