Unfortunately I was not able to do so and no other option was given. When I checked into my room (King room with jetted tub) I noticed that it was clean and had the right size bed. "Breakfast was good, and the area was decent, though there wasn’t much going on nearby. The staff was friendly and generally helpful throughout our stay. However, housekeeping did not come to change the towels, replace the toilet paper, or make the beds. Overall, it was still a nice experience. We had to leave a day early, and the staff handled the change without any issues."

"The staff were disorganized and rude. They communicated with me poorly and did not take any accountability for their mistakes and disorganization. The staff did not apologize for the inconvenience and denied to accommodate my husband and I in anyway. I felt disrespected and dismissed as a guest. "

"Everything was great except the pool. It was kind of grimy looking. But that isn't something that is a necessity for us. The room was spacious with plenty of desk space for us to work remotely. The kitchenette had the necessary pots/pans/etc to make some basic dinners. We stayed a week while visiting kids/grandkids near by. It was perfect for us and I suspect we will be booking it again."

"This property definitely DOES NOT look like the advertised pictures. The pictures mar it seem like it’s nice and colorful and cozy when you walk in and it was far from it. The lobby had nothing but the front desk and a tv in it. Oh and an atm. It advertised breakfast and the only thing they had was a coffee pot that you could use whenever you wanted to make coffee. The place is run down and needs to be updated. If you like a firm bed that was a plus. The room itself was tidy but the shower...
