"Very nice stay clean but the garbage can were small and not enough bags "

"Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from. When we checked in there was a note saying pool and spa was closed. I ask woman at counter why she said pool was waiting on a part for heater and the hot tub was dirty and had to be drained and cleaned. I get the pool that’s out of your control but the hot tub could’ve been taken care of. Very disappointing…"

"This has to be the WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel. I requested a non-smoking room and when I arrived at the hotel lobby, the lady behind the desk was yelling at a customer on the phone and once she hung up, she started complaining about her boss who leaves her "crap" to do and then she decided to wait on me. "Aircon noisy, exgaust fan in the washroom very noisy like an airplane, no conditioner, towels have stained, hallway cigarettes smells, blanket have hole. No other choices for breakfast not realky continental, only slice bread and bagel, waffle and cereal unlike other places of wyndham hotels, no fruits for breakfast. The bread are still inside it’s plastic so everyone is putting there hands inside just to get slice of bread, supposed to be off from the bag and everyone will pick up with...

"The shower/tub faucet didn’t work otherwise was fine. Was annoyed that when I checked in there was a hassle and at first said I had to wait to check in at 3 pm even though I had paid the night before as well and finally got ironed out and I asked to add an additional night, which was available on Expedia where I booked, but I wanted to add through front desk because if I booked through Expedia it would be as a separate booking and didn’t want to worry about the issue of having to check out at 11...

"Broken TVs , elevator had trash an food , the room had stains on the sheets , the old tv did not work , as to switch rooms due to broken television was told it was an $15 dollar charge! Even though that is not my fault , I was being charged . DO NOT STAY HERE ! Total dump "

"The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom."

"The room wasn't clean. The bathroom towels, in particular, were filthy. Also, if your air conditioner breaks down, you'll either have to put up with the noise or not use it at all. Even if they offered me a free stay, I wouldn't want to stay again."
