Charming, cozy cottage
This was the cutest little place to stay in Golden! Clean, comfortable and a very nice front porch to relax on. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and clean stay in Golden
The accommodations were very neat and clean. This was a perfect place to stay for our Red Rock concert. It was easy access to the highway so we could transport to & from Denver, and a short drive from the Red Rock venue. The only thing missing were a few amenities. We hadn’t brought bath soap & shampoos as our previous VRBO hosts had provided that. A few extra blankets to cuddle up in would have been nice. For the price, cleanliness, and location, this place is lovely.

Comfortable and highly recommended
Cute house very easy to get to restaurants and shopping for groceries. We loved the living room and large picture window. Bed was super comfy. Wonderful shower/bathroom. Highly recommend!

Perfect surprise getaway
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here, it's super close the the train museum and in perfect proximity if you are ever going to the red rocks for a concert! Would definitely stay there again. Property was clean and stylish.

Me and a few friends came in for 1 night to see some music at Red Rocks. We were not disappointed by this rental. The owner was easy to talk to and answered all the question i had right away. Comfortable, clean and easy to get to!

Property was very clean amd welcoming. It had all the amenities we needed and more. Communication with the owner was great, and we'd definitely recommend to anyone and would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thanks for making our trip that much better!

Great location and comfortable home
Linda was easy to communicate with and she provided all the information we needed for our stay. This was the perfect place for visiting local colleges and exploring the Denver area! The home was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped.

Lovely stay, minutes away from Golden
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Linda's property. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the home was impeccably clean and inviting. While there was some street noise, we were aware of this from other reviewers' comments. If you're in the area, this place will definitely not disappoint you.

Such a great rental!
Cute bedroom, 1 bath, really enjoyed stay. Visiting my son who lives in Denver, this location was close enough for my short stay, but located in Golden for a mountain vacation feel.

Comfy & clean home
This house was perfect for our stay. I was in town assisting for a training and my husband and son for more of a vacation. It was a great central location with everything you need within a 15 min drive or less. The house was very clean, the communication was very timely and kind. The beds were comfortable which is is huge thing for me. Just about everything was updated and in good condition. The energy/vibe was pleasant & warm. The kitchen well equipped. And all for a very reasonable price. Check-in was seamless. Couldn't really ask for more.

Perfect!
My husband, daughter and I stayed for a couple nights, and the home was the perfect size for us. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean. If it had not been so cold, it would have been nice to sit on the large front porch. We very much enjoyed our stay and will keep this place in mind if we ever decide to visit Colorado again.

Family weekend at Mines
We loved the house. It was so clean and nice. The only complaint we had was there was a lot of snow and no snow shovel. We will definitely look into staying again when we come back into town.

Convenient , clean location
We didn't spend much time here, but it was clean and comfortable. The location was great with close access to mountains and highways. Yard is well kept and the privacy fence around porch provides a nice, relaxing atmosphere. All around great place to stay!

Sweet little home
My plans changed but I was so glad I had booked this little home. It was cozy, easy to find and had everything we needed. Only gave 4 stars for the location as it is on the corner of a busy street. We learned if we sat in the backyard in front of the garage instead of the front porch it was a lot quieter. Also using the fans that were furnished would drown out street noise in the bedroom closest to the road. We had a great time and would use it again in a heartbeat!

We grew up in Colorado and absolutely love coming back to visit this property. It was beautiful with plenty of space. Bring soap, shampoo and conditioner as there is not in the house.

The description and photos were just as described! The accommodations for my husband, myself and our two boys (15 and 13) were perfect. We spent the majority of our time away from the rental. Our first night we enjoyed a concert at Red Rock which was a quick drive away - 20 minutes. The second day we enjoyed a Rockies day game - again a quick 20/25 minutes away. Great location! Linda was available to answer any questions. We made dinner one night and utilized the kitchen. We would definitely recommend this rental!! Thank you, Linda! You made us feel welcome and at home. My son and I had a relaxing stay. So many bunnies on the property! Downtown Denver was a quick 20 min drive. The Colorado Railroad museum a hop skip and jump away.

Property was clean and well organized. PLENTY of parking! Nice deck to sit on and enjoy coffee but gets hot as the sun comes up because there is limited shade. Corner property so the road noise can be loud. Overall it was a good stay.

Another fantastic stay at this property
This was our second time staying at Linda's property. Similar to our first visit, we had a fantastic time and the house was, once again, a perfect place for our homebase. We attended two concerts at Red Rocks and visited friends and sites in the area. The location was very convenient to all of our needs and was well stocked and immaculate, once again. Highly recommend this property to anuone visiting the Denver area.
