Guests have full, exclusive access to the home, backyard, private driveway, and two-car garage. Street parking is also permitted.

One exterior Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door and faces outward toward the street.

House Rules

Maximum 6 guests. No parties, no events, no indoor smoking, and no pets. Quiet hours begin after 9 PM. A grill is available, and propane refills are the guest's responsibility.
