We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Regis is a neighborhood in north Denver, Colorado with a population of 7,846. Regis offers residents a sparse suburban feel with easy access to downtown Denver and all the city has to offer. The neighborhood boasts plenty of of hip bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals live in the area.

Both of these homes were designed and built to minimize noise between the units. It is HIGHLY unlikely you will be able to hear the adjacent unit but please be respectful and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 10:00 pm.

Sleeping arrangements
With two side-by-side homes, you’ll have room for everyone to settle in comfortably. Each home offers four bedrooms, totaling eight bedrooms with nine beds across the retreat. Both homes feature a king-bed master suite with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, while the second and third bedrooms connect through a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. On the lower level, basements double as flexible lounge areas with queen sleeper sofas and Smart TVs, creating a cozy spot for movie nights or late-night conversations.
Indoor comforts
Step into over 2,300 square feet in each home, where open layouts and high ceilings create an airy feel. The main living areas are designed for togetherness, with fully equipped kitchens offering stainless steel appliances, central islands, and large dining tables perfect for leisurely brunches or celebratory dinners. Living rooms feature plush furnishings and 65" Smart TVs, while finished basements add game rooms, extra seating, and quiet corners when a little privacy is needed.
Outdoor living
Each home opens to a private fenced backyard, where you can enjoy the Colorado sunshine in comfort. Patios invite you to linger over drinks, hammocks offer a restful escape, and seasonal BBQs set the stage for relaxed evenings. A connecting gate between the two yards allows groups to flow freely or close it for privacy when desired.
Kitchen & dining
Cooking together is effortless with two complete kitchens, each stocked with essentials and ready for shared meals. Spread out meal prep across two islands, pour wine into waiting glasses, and gather everyone around spacious dining tables. Whether it’s a casual breakfast or a long, laughter-filled dinner, there’s space for every occasion.

You’ll find everything needed for a seamless stay, from washers and dryers to room-darkening shades, Pack ’n Plays, and board games. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior cameras positioned at entrances and parking areas.

Located in Denver, the homes provide easy access to nearby attractions and neighborhood gems. You’re just minutes from restaurants and shops, with downtown Denver a short drive away. Day trips to Golden or Rocky Mountain National Park are within easy reach, allowing you to balance city outings with mountain adventures.

It's important to note that there is no direct access between the units from the interior. Each of these homes features its own dedicated private entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests.
