This beautifully decorated home offers the rare combination of historic character, modern comfort, generous indoor space, beautiful outdoor living, and thoughtful spaces for families, friends, wedding guests, reunions, and extended stays.
This is not a standard rental. It is a true Denver home with charm, privacy, warmth, and room for the moments that matter.
The home features beautifully designed sleeping spaces, including a spacious primary suite with a king bed and private enSuite bathroom, comfortable queen bedrooms, a private Garden Bedroom, and a full third floor retreat that can be used as an additional bedroom, lounge, office, workout space, or quiet escape. Guests have plenty of room to spread out, rest, work, gather, and enjoy the home without feeling crowded.
The primary bedroom suite is spacious and elegant, with a large TV and a beautifully upgraded enSuite bathroom featuring an antique clawfoot tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, closet, and private toilet area. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, dresser, closet, TV, cable, and access to a shared updated bathroom with a walk in shower. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, a built-in desk, TV, cable, and access to a large private balcony with a fire pit overlooking the backyard.
The Garden Bedroom is a private retreat tucked away from the main living areas, featuring a queen bed with luxurious bedding, a large TV, a small refrigerator, and beautiful decor. It is ideal for guests who want extra privacy and a quiet place to unwind.
The entire third floor offers more than 1,000 square feet of flexible private space. It includes a pullout couch for sleeping, a large TV, a small bar, a full library, a desk for office work, a yoga area, weights, a treadmill, and a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi spa tub. This space can function as a private bedroom, lounge, office, workout area, or gathering space. The third-floor spa bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub with multiple settings, a full shower, and bath amenities designed for deep relaxation, muscle relief, or settling into a peaceful night of sleep.
The main living and dining spaces are designed for connection. The large dining room has a table that seats 6, with enough room in the space to comfortably seat up to 12 for family meals, celebrations, private dinners, or special gatherings. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, and silverware for more than 20 people, making it easy to prepare everything from a simple breakfast to a holiday meal or private chef dinner.
The outdoor space is one of the true highlights of the property. The professionally landscaped yard features a beautiful rose garden, spacious backyard, deck, private balcony, and ample room for outdoor family functions. The backyard includes a built in grill and is perfect for summer evenings with friends and family, whether you are cooking outside, sharing cocktails, hosting dinner, or simply relaxing under the Denver sky.
Guests also have the convenience of a two car garage, multiple TVs, workspaces, workout area with treadmill, heating, air conditioning, and thoughtful household amenities including hair dryers and an iron.

**Pet Policy**
We welcome approved dogs with advance notice. All pets must be disclosed before booking and approved in writing.
Pet fees are as follows:
One approved dog: $250 per stay Two approved dogs: $400 per stay Large dog over 50 pounds: $350 per stay Long stay over 14 nights: $500 pet fee Monthly furnished rental: $750 pet fee, plus an additional refundable deposit when allowed by the platform or lease
Maximum of two dogs. No puppies. No cats.
Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Pets may not be left alone in the home unless crated. Guests are responsible for picking up all yard waste. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond the pet fee, including damage to floors, rugs, bedding, doors, yard, furniture, or landscaping. Undisclosed pets are not allowed and may result in additional fees or cancellation of the stay.
Service animals will be handled according to applicable platform rules and legal requirements.
