Escape to this immaculate duplex in the heart of NW Denver! Featuring 4 bedrooms, a spacious master suite, a basement movie room, this home is your ticket to a tranquil Denver getaway. Embrace open-concept living, great for relaxation and gathering. We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure.

We’re happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

This cozy home is located on a quiet dead-end street, just a short walk from the vibrant campus of Regis University and minutes from the chic streets of Tennyson. This home is a duplex which was designed and built to minimize noise between units. It is HIGHLY unlikely you will be disturbed by the occupants in the adjacent unit, but please be respectful and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 10:00 pm.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
The master bedroom is located upstairs has a king-size bed and boasts large windows that allow for plenty of natural light but with blackout blinds to ensure privacy. There is also a sitting area, with a comfortable sofa that can pull out for an additional bed. This master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a walk in shower. There is also a large, walk-in closet.

A second upstairs bedroom extremely spacious with a king-size bed, high-end linens, plush carpeting and tasteful wall art. Rocky mountain peaks sit just outside your window. There is direct access into a shared jack-and-Jill-bathroom.

The third upstairs bedroom is bright and cheery and also features a roomy king-sized bed. You’ll love the westerly views of the Rocky Mountain peaks in the distance as well as the soft linens, modern furnishings and rustic decor. This room also connects to the same jack-and-Jill bathroom.

The fourth sleeping area is located in the basement family room. Secluded from the rest of the home, the occupants will have the entire floor to themselves. There is a sofa that transforms into a queen size bed. In this room you’ll also find an oversized bean bag and a wall mounted Smart TV.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
A home that sleeps 10 should have plenty of bathrooms so that everyone can get ready comfortably. There are 2 full bathrooms, and one half bathroom in this space.

The master bathroom has two sinks, a walk-in shower with glass enclosure and an expansive vanity area. The jack-n-jill bathroom between the two other upstairs bedrooms has a tub/shower combo with an elegant, double vanity sinks with designer finishes.

The third bathroom is located right off the kitchen. This bathroom is a half bath without a tub or shower.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE SPACE ☆☆
If you enjoy entertaining, you'll love the ultra-modern, gourmet kitchen, complete with gas range, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets and all the utensils and bakeware you need to cook a feast.

The kitchen transitions seamlessly into the dining and living area, a bright and welcoming common space where everyone can find a favorite spot. The open dining area provides a great space to gather around. The large wood table and the central island provide ample seating in a modern setting for your entire group to enjoy a family mean and discuss your adventures of the day in a social and inviting atmosphere.

Highlights of the spacious living area include a 65" TV, upscale modern furniture, attractive flooring and decorative lighting. Sliding glass doors leads from the living room out to the backyard.

Relax outside on the large sectional while you whip something up on the electric grill! Enjoy the 2-person hammock and outdoor games in the spacious yard. The patio furniture will be put into storage for the winter months.

Lovely house - execution was lacking

First a couple comments about the house. 1) consider fans in the bedrooms. They are all upstairs and get hot in a July summer heat wave. 2) don't stick things to the wall with sticky blue stuff it never stays and we were always picking it up. 3) when houses are built 10 feet apart you need to have window covering on all the windows. The family that lives next door are nice but when I had a chance meeting with them in the driveway the said it was a hobby to sit on the 2nd floor and watch renters on the first floor. Thats creepy! House was lovely though very nice layout and design. Consider TVs in the other 2 bedrooms. Ok the management. Get some! 1)Wifi barely works in the 2nd floor. I Don't like being in the app in my inbox to communicate with a random agent from the "company" that is considred the host. The house had 6 wifi networks same name just 2.0, 2.4, and 5Ghz plus same name 2.0, 2.4, and 5Ghz EXT. I assume the EXT networks are to resolve the upstairs issues but the password did not work for them. I did send a message and question and got an idiotic reply. Bedroom TV was unusable as it would drop the wifi. I even had to connect to the wifi when I first turned it on. 2) The property is managed by what looks like a rental company that has dozens others. Don't publish guides that are generic and expect me to study them. How about a person send me a text. The checkout "to do" was especially annoying. I'm on vacation I'm not going to study a guide book that take 5 minutes to load. That brings me back to the VRBO app in general, it sucks and is slow. Every-time I wanted to get to my inbox it was a minute or two of waiting to load. Good idea is to print out specific information and put it on the fridge or table. I assume because its not a owner renting out his house and its a larger company this is why the personal experience didn't exist. Renter be warned!
