If your group is in an adventurous mood it is also an excellent home base to Red Rocks, Olde Town Arvada, and Downtown Denver.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
This home has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 15 guests comfortably. There are a total of 4 King beds, 3 Queen beds, a folddown couch and 2 additional large couches.

Bedroom 1 - The main upstairs bedroom has a 12-inch memory foam King mattress with a standout scrabble mural and private balcony.
Bedroom 2 - This Monopoly themed bedroom comes with two queen beds. It is perfect for kids and adults alike!
Bedroom 3 - This connect 4 themed room comes with a king bed, connect-4 mural, and a real connect 4 game.
Bedroom 4 - This bright Twister themed bedroom is found on the ground level and includes a huge King bed.
Bedroom 5 - This downstairs Tetris themed room is perfect for those who like to sneak off and watch their own movies. It comes with a King bed and 55` TV.
Bedroom 6 - This dominos themed bedroom comes with a queen bed and stays dark well into the morning for those who like to sleep in.


☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
You`ll find three clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You`ll find three walk-in showers. Two which have a shower/tub combo. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group`s needs.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There are 8 stools at the counter for extra seating. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living and dining areas.

The living room continues with the jam packed games theme. It includes a beautiful new fireplace, two huge couches, foosball coffee table, and additional high end games for your group to enjoy.

There are many dining areas perfect for enjoying a meal. The main dining table is nearly 13ft long and has enough chairs for 14 guests, with an additional 8 chairs at the bar just behind it. This table is perfect for your group to enjoy all the games this house has to offer.

The entire top floor has windows letting in natural light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, take advantage of all the amenities, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need.

The basement level is jam packed with everything your group could need to enjoy themselves. Immediately once walking down the stairs you will find a huge comfortable sectional with a massive 55” smart TV to match. There is a game cube and over 40 board games!

Just out the back sliding door you will find a dining table for 8, a bar with an additional 4 chairs, and 2 swings! Off the deck you will find a fire place surrounded by 3 swinging benches and a full size movie projector. Perfect for late night movie watching. There is ample parking in the driveway and on the street for up to 6 vehicles.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner`s closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

I am here for you during your stay - but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. I’m happy to be contacted via phone or through Airbnb before, during, or after your stay.

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located in Olde Town Arvada with main access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and the Denver Airport. There are multiple grocery stores 2 minutes away and many local restaurants in the surrounding area!

This home is in a residential area on a quiet street and being respectful to the neighbors is our most important rule. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down promptly, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Our neighbors take this rule very seriously.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual, you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver/ Arvada, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!

Please note that we have installed a ring camera cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one near the front door that monitors the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and are stored in the cloud for a month. There is also a noise detection device installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden INSIDE and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
