We are on a cul-de-sac right next to hiking/bike trails, a park and centrally located for day trips to both the Boulder area and Colorado Springs. Easy access to Denver, the mountains, Colorado Springs and everything in between. Situated right off of I-25 and C-470. Short or Long term use make this the perfect destination for vacation, business travel, or relocation. We are close to Denver and the DTC as well as many hospitals.

Dishes for regular dining and a set for kids/patio, mixing bowls, pots, pans, and cooking utensils for at-home meals. Some spices and condiments available. Use the dishwasher, garbage disposal, and cleaning supplies under the sink, as needed. The dining table has 6 chairs. There is additional seating for 4 at the island.

Other things to note
-No access to the linen closet upstairs. Linens are under the vanity’s in the bathrooms. Beach towels are on the shelf by the Washer/Dryer.
- We are next door so if you need anything during your visit we can usually respond quickly.
-One Ring security doorbell camera at the front door, and it will be on during your stay.
