• This is a basement suite accessed by a fairly steep interior staircase, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
• The upstairs portion of the home is occupied by a quiet, respectful long-term tenant. There are no shared living spaces, and guests have complete privacy. However, because this is an older home, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds, including light footsteps from upstairs. Please return them the courtesy by respecting their privacy and observing normal quiet hours.
