The Space

This upscale three-story townhome is designed for comfort and style, featuring open-concept living areas, hardwood floors, luxury finishes, and plenty of natural light throughout.



The main floor boasts a spacious, gourmet kitchen with upgraded Bosch and JennAir appliances, a large island with bar seating, and high-end housewares. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room, where you’ll find a Samsung Frame Smart TV and ample seating.



The upper floor houses two bedrooms and a laundry room with front-loading machines. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, walk-in closet, The Frame smart TV, and a 5-piece ensuite with a soaking tub. The guest bedroom offers a king bed, The Frame smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom.



The lower level features a flexible home office that converts into the third bedroom with a full-sized Murphy bed and ensuite bathroom. You’ll also have access to a 2-car garage for easy parking.

A unique feature of this home is the rooftop deck. Expansive, with a gas grill, outdoor seating, and sweeping views of Denver and the Rocky Mountains—perfect for sunset dinners or relaxing with a drink.



Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.
