Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This is half of the shared house divided by a partition wall with a private front entrance. This home books for a 31-night minimum stay. Shared spaces are the garage, patio, backyard, and front yard. The unit has a kitchenette with a hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, and washer and dryer. There's a half a flight of stairs up to three bedrooms with one king bed, 2 queen beds in bedrooms 2 and 3, and one full bathroom. Not suitable for small children.

This is the front half of a divided home. There's a private entrance three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a small kitchenette with laundry. The shared areas include a garage, driveway, backyard, and front yard. Because this is a divided home you may hear the neighbors on the other side of the house from time to time quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Smart garage door opener control from your phone and park in the garage during your visit there's an electronic keypad at the entrance to the unit the code will be set after booking.

This is an older neighborhood on the Eastern edge of Aurora very close to the Air Force Base would recommend having your own mode of transportation for this booking.

The easiest way to get around is with your own vehicle. There is a public bus stop a few blocks away but the buses do not run very frequently. Uber and taxis are also an option but the most convenient would be to have your own vehicle or bike.



This is a shared house with a private entrance you may hear noise from the other side of the house and it is very close to an Air Force Base there is possibly noise from aircraft, especially on the weekends.
