If it wasn’t for the awful time we had with communication then I would have had no problem giving all the stars in the world but the lack of communication was horrible. I rented the place for my daughter whom is a college student at TWU. For roughly 2 hours I tried to get in touch with the host for the check in information. It’s somewhere around 730 or so when I finally gave up and got in touch with VRBO customer service who then gets in touch with the host. I had messaged the host and even called the number to speak to the host and left a voicemail and nothing. Phew at least it worked though.. NOT! My daughter and her friend finally make it to the property at roughly 1040 at night. This is after a full 9 hour work day and driving several hours. Imagine my momma heart and mind when my daughter calls me at 1030 in a panic. Guess what the door code was wrong! I will say the host did promptly answer the phone and give my daughter the correct code. Come to find out the Internet code/ box name wasn’t right either so now my daughter can’t submit her homework assignment and do last minute things she needed. We didn’t bother calling about the Internet because at that point she was over it. I was told the issue was because we booked the day before and was told by customer service it was to do with not having 36 hours in advanced. My daughter doesn’t always know when she has to go on campus. She would be willing to stay again if the communication was better.
