A nice hotel with a good location in Sanur. Very modern in style so you have to like that modern touch. The room is large and nice and very clean. The food at the hotel is really good at all restaurants and at the breakfast buffet. Despite all the positive things, we still think there were some things that disappointed us. The service level is below standard for similar hotels in Bali and generally in the East. We had to discuss a problem we had with half board and I had to spend half an afternoon myself solving the problem where I finally got it right. The fitness is fine but clearly on the small end with old machines. Again a big disappointment compared to simular hotels in Bali. We have traveled a lot in Bali and the East and this hotel pretends to be bigger than it can ever live. The staff is friendly but cannot be compared to the service level at other similar hotels I ball.
