The house is steps away from beautiful Swan Pond. Two kayaks are available to use for your enjoyment. You are also near the beautiful Nantucket Sound Beaches such as:
Sea Street Beach - Known for its soft sand and stunning views.
Haigis Beach - A family-friendly beach with calm waters, perfect for swimming and sunbathing.
Glendon Road Beach - Serene environment ideal for relaxation.

**2 Twin Air Mattresses available upon request. Please note that if using the Twin air mattresses, one will need to go in the bedroom and another in the living room. It will be TIGHT, but it is doable.

There are Ubers & Lyfts available. Parking is available in the private drive in front of the house. We are 20 minutes to the Cape Cod Airport in Hyannis, 5 minutes to downtown Dennis Port, and 20 minutes to downtown Chatham.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. No Locals are allowed to book the property. No parties are allowed.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

ALL pets must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a $75 pet fee. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.
