Sweet little house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a super sweet little house, well appointed with furniture, inside and out. We were quite comfortable here and enjoyed the option of sitting out front or out back on the patio. It would be great if there was a fire pit in the side yard or a chimney on the patio for chilly nights.

4 Bain Road

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at 4 Bain Road. My favorite features of this property are the location and the updated/renovated interior. It is an easy 10-15 minute walk to Old Wharf Road (the beach road), where you cross in the crosswalk, and then turn right or left to reach a local beach. Each morning, I saw many people walking, jogging, or biking on Old Wharf Road. The home's updated interior is very clean and offers modern amenities including split a/c units operated by remote controls. My husband's favorite features were the two outdoor seating areas (two Adirondack chairs on the front patio and a table with six chairs on the back patio) and the spice rack offered in the kitchen! Our only negative was the weak Wi-Fi signal which didn't extend to the primary bedroom. If we could suggest a "wish list" of items to add, it would include a full-length mirror, an electric tea kettle, and a console table or desk to provide a workspace for our laptops.
