The villa is distributed all on the ground floor, with few steps to access the main floor. It has a glazed terrace overlooking the pool area and the sea. Living/dining room with wood burning fireplace and exit to an open terrace enjoying beautiful panoramic views. Open plan fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven...) Two bedrooms, each with double bed and fitted wardrobes. Two bathrooms, one of them en suite with washing machine and dryer. Large gardens surrounding the house with unobstructed views and with a large parking area for several cars, one of the parking spaces covered with pergola. Terrace with pergola next to the private pool.

The villa is very well equipped with air-conditioning in the hallway, Internet, TV - Spanish and TV - satellite, mobile barbecue, etc.

The villa is situated in the lower part of the Montgó, only 2,7km from the centre of Denia, with everything you need for your holidays; supermarkets, restaurants, shops, playgrounds, chemist, etc... The beach ‘Marineta Casiana’ is only 2,2km away. Hospitals from 4,2km. Golf at 9km. There are also several restaurants close to the villa, at about 550m, and supermarkets at about 2km.

Works in the house next door currently, it may be finished in summer but there is no guarantee.
