Colina de los Pinos, as the name suggests, is located between pine trees on the hill of Las Rotas and offers magnificent views of the stone beach of Las Rotas, the sea, the port of Denia and the surrounding area. The holiday home is very well equipped and offers, among other things, a private pool, and central air conditioning (winter/summer) hot and cold throughout the house. Due to this equipment, this villa is not only the perfect place for a summer holiday, but also offers the possibility of enjoying beautiful views, the Mediterranean climate with the comfort of the facilities all year round. Colina de los Pinos has 2 floors and is perfectly equipped with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it is also equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area and a partially covered terrace overlooking the pool. The distance to Las Rotas beach is 10 minutes on foot. The sandy beach Marineta Casiana can be reached in 15 minutes on foot, as can the centre of Denia and the port La Marina de Denia with its many bars and restaurants.
