We were so pleased with our decision as the view down the eighteenth hole and across the surrounding countryside was fabulous. "Another restful stay at this lovely hotel. It’s always spotlessly clean and well maintained. The rooms are modern and well appointed. The bar /restaurant is excellent. We normally stay weekdays and it’s pretty quiet but it’s a near perfect wedding/party venue so I would imagine it’s pretty busy and maybe not so restful at the weekends. It’s situated near but not in the Peak District in lovely surroundings. Hopefully we’ll be back again sometime."

The bathroom is beautiful and I left disappointed I couldn't stay longer to make use of the enormous bathtub.
