"Very nice historic hotel. Despite its age, it is very beautiful and clean. But, the staff is really the best thing about this place. They are excellent. The surrounding area, however, is average in the evening. A lot of homelessness unfortunately which makes the environment unsafe... Parking is expensive and should be provided with the room."

"The curtains were not working. So we had teouble with sleep as the sun was rising at 3 o'clock hence bringing light into the room. Othwrwise the facility was good, we enjoyed the swimming and the staff were very welcome and helpful. "

The cleanliness however was not great there were water stains in the ceiling in multiple spots and our room was dirty there were hand and mouth prints all over the window the one side of the bed looked like it had not seen a vacuum in a long time. The bathroom did not have a working fan the tub was dirty and the drain was so plugged that when I tried to have a shower i was ankle deep in water which took over 30 mins to drain.
