"The location is impossible to improve on. 3.5 blocks to TD Garden, the grocery store, and the metro. Several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Our only downer was missing out on our last day of sightseeing due to inclement weather. The house was totally updated with excellent heating and appliances but the second floor tub/shower is awkward getting into and out of, especially for elderly. We used it to avoid the additional stairs to the master suite, but some handholds would...

"The check in was easy, the house was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location. The electric fireplace was great for warming up after a cold walk on the beach. One thing to note if you are bringing dogs is that when you arrive, there is a sign asking you to try not to leave your dog unattended in the house and the info book says not to let your dogs on the furniture. Both are typically listed on the property description and would have been good to know before booking. "

"We had a great stay over memorial day weekend! Check in and check out was one of the easiest processes of any BNB I've stayed at. Great convenient location with easy walking distance to the T and Collete Bakery. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is, but that's not really a big deal. We had no issues at all and the host was very communicative with us! Highly recommend for a stay in Boston!"

"Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!"
