"Easy to locate, nice view from our room. There is a food mall on the ground floor with cafes and restaurants. Excellent place to stay for a few nights in Genting Highlands!"

"Room was cleaned and ambients was great. Only thing was price was slightly higher, limited food options at the mall. Could attract more guest if price was more adjusted for sure because no it was a residence with no room service. Enjoy the stay nevertheless"

"We had a pleasant 3D2N stay at Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences. One of the highlights was being allowed to check in early (subject to availability during the day) which we really appreciated. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the staff were friendly, willing to refill food, and housekeeping did a good job making up the room and offer more drinking water. "

"Pretty gd and will book again if i'm back in Genting :)"

"No toilet paper. Unit has moldy air conditioning units. Couldn’t sleep in bedroom. Checkin process was terrible. Self checkin which took 45 minutes"

"The road leads to the condo was quite bad as there were many constructions along the way. The property site seems to be safe with parking and living with comfortable bedding. The downside : the dining table top was simply a pc of wood flame and the dining chairs were stained with ?? coffee probably"
