"The staff was amazing from the reception to the restaurant staff. Everyone was super kind and friendly. They helped us arrange a boat tour and get a rent car. The rent cat was brought to the hotel for us and the boat tour had transportation from the hotel. The hotel is out of the main city so I was recommend renting a car it made getting around easier. Overall great experience, we would definitely book with them again."

"The room was spacious and new, the bathroom is clean and huge. The view of the caldera is spectacular. So nice to wake up watching the sunrise. The staffs are so great. Very friendly. Drinking water was not provided daily, and it is a high value item on the island. The included breakfast was outstanding and far beyond just continental. For a price, they did a great job of arranging transportation anytime it was needed. "

"Lovely view, private balcony with an amazing view. With this a lot of traffic noice, the Main Street was in front of the hotel. Still very nice located if you hired a car so you also could get around. Very good parking behind the hotel. Restaurants 5 min. walk from the hotel. Room needs soon some refreshing, moskito net was not useable, it couldn’t stay down. Breakfast ok, but misted egg and cheese. "

"Had a great stay and really enjoyed the apartment. Definitely in the quieter part of the island, which we really enjoyed. Useful to have a car, although you can walk down the hill, to the village and catch a bus. Apartments a great and having your own liitle pool is great. George, the manager, was fantastic - realky attentive and helpful. The apartments are dye a refurb soon as they are a little dated.
