"Oani was the perfect stay for me as a single solo traveler! I love that it is central to ximendeng and close to the metro station. I booked a private room but saw that they offer dormitory style shared rooms as well as rooms for families. Staff was friendly and spoke english if needed. I appreciated the self service laundry and refreshments in the shared dining space. Housekeeping prepared fresh clean towels daily and my room was always clean when I came back from exploring taipei. Would...

"I stayed at Meander 1948 as part of a longer trip. I cycled around the entirety of Taiwan, starting and ending in Taipei with Meander 1948 as my “base”. The staff is lovely. They even agreed to keep my (quite literally) enormous bicycle suitcase while I was cycling. Free of charge. "

"It has 3 branches. So if u Google for directions back to your room...key in Branch no. 1.2 or3. Else u have a good walkaround of Taipei which is also a good idea. Lovely lovely friendly helpful staff."

"This hotel may have been one of the best stays I’ve had. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they were always willing to help and answered all my questions clearly. I also loved the location and amenities. Having a laundry room was something that was a plus given that I was going to another country after Taiwan. I would recommend and would stay again in the future."

"Extremely helpful and nice staff. Great location near metro station and in walking distance to the Memorial Hall. A bit outdated, but very clean."

"Just Sleep Hotel Ximending is a clean, modern, and family-friendly boutique hotel located right in the heart of Taipei’s vibrant Ximending shopping and night market district. Managed by the Silks Hotel Group, it hits the sweet spot for travelers who want central convenience without sacrificing comfort or quiet. The only issue for us was that the beds were to hard, also no English speaking TV channels and it was difficult to connect to Netflix. But would still stay there again as the staff were...

"Lovely staff and fantastic location. Hotel was quiet despite central location. Free snacks and waters were provided. Room was extremely humid and mold was apparent everywhere. Chose to upgrade my room to include bath tub but the humidity in the room afterwards was way too bad so I had to open my front door for an hour to let it out. Room was much smaller than on the photos. Windows (to the bedroom and bathroom) were straight out to a terrace and I didnt know who could see me while...

"Staff was extremely hospitable and friendly, the location is pretty central for both walking and taking the train. The lobby amenities are great. Lots of food and shopping options within eyesight of the doors. Would highly recommend this place and would return again. Thanks!"

"Rent Værelse, stort værelse, god morgenmadsbuffet, praktiske beliggenhed."

"A very nice 'green' hotel; very clean, convenient location - on top of MRT; comfortable and walkable to restaurants and shopping. Will go back to Chaiin next time we visit Taipei."
