"This is a budget hotel - so don`t expect anything more. It is good value for money and in a location about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Chiang Saen centre. There are no cafes close to the hotel so be prepared to walk or take a ride to the centre of Chiang Saen. The staff are friendly and helpful."

1. Wir versuchten wenige Minuten nach der Buchung ein Storno, weil wir sahen, dass es 1:15 von chiang rai entfernt ist und sich lediglich in der region Chiang Rai befindet. Das Hotel hat den Storno verweigert. Ist ihr gutes Recht, daher auch nur erwähnt, damit andere den Fehler nicht machen. Geht nicht in meine Bewertung ein.

"It's a newly built hotel, very clean and spacious. The only negative was bad WiFi in my (newer) building. Perhaps the other building has better WiFi. If you are coming by bus or van from Chiang Mai, ask to drop at the traffic light immediately after the National Museum (which is 3 minutes walk from the hotel)."

"The staff at this hotel was incredible. They were so helpful with making taxi reservations and answering my questions about the neighborhood. They were able to understand my broken Thai, and one guy spoke English really well. I was a little disappointed in the room through. The bathroom floor was wet and the toilet cover was off. Which was a problem because the flusher was connected to it. The mattress was pretty comfortable, which is rare in Thailand,but the pillow was kind of hard."
