Vingårdshoteller i Den centrale del af Michigan

"DO NOT STAY HERE! When we arrived in our room we checked the bed for bed bugs and found what looked like dog crap under the mattress!!! It was late and unable to get a room at another hotel since it was the busy week of the Tulip Festival so we got a different room at this same hotel. We got the key to a different room and when we opened the door we found that this room was occupied! We immediately closed the door and returned to the front desk. What a big security violation that was to give...

"We left a day early because the room smelled like smoke and all the manager wanted to do is give us a snack. The water pressure was not even enough to get soap out of hair. They had no other rooms so our only option was to leave and drive 5 hours back home. We asked to get credit for the night since we left, and got no response. Our clothes smelled, I couldn’t sleep, and I couldn’t stop sneezing it was so bad. If this can’t be rectified we will just start using a different hotel chain...

"Breakfast unfortunately was not our cup of tea since it was all very Asian based food. It would be great to have other more normal breakfast options as well. And also it would be nice to know ahead of time what they are serving so we could have made a choice to go or not and not waste the food. Only complaint, everything else was absolutely wonderful!!! We really enjoyed the fire pit and Carson!"

"Staff was great, room clean, bed comfortable, restaurant was excellent"
