"The room was not clean as there was trash in the trash can. The sheets were not changed and clearly looked used. The sink was stuck and was not draining and desk clerk helped to open the stopper. The toilet was not working as the tank chain was broken and had to pull it from inside the water tank. When asked to change the room, they told us that the hotel is full."
"I would rate this good, a "B plus". The room was clean, easy registration (booked online and easy in, easy out to our room on the first floor. This hotel accepts pets (we didn't have one), but the "smell" wasn't there. Forget the breakfast,not much there but we don't usually eat breakfast,so not a big thing. Overall, a good experience."
"Older place with character. Only weaknesses are breakfast was mostly starch, and second floor was not air conditioned in the hall. Loved the London double decker bus and the decorations, and the desk guy Todd loved the hotel and the whole region. Great gateway to Midland."
"We had some trouble getting an extra bed due to communication problems with the staff on duty when we arrived, but at other times we got truly great service from the front desk. Nice, clean rooms, and a great breakfast."
