"Our room was very clean and ready for occupancy when we arrived. We went from there to the Waterpark, where there was staff with cleaning supplies in hand, wiping down tables and mopping up floors in the surrounding areas. The lobby, spa area and gift shop were also very clean. The staff was very friendly and met all of our requests for extra amenities. I booked in advance a few hours before and had paid with my debit card and when I got there they didn't have the 2 bed Queen room I originally had paid for all they had was a King hot tub suite. Before I could even say or ask anything the gentleman at the front desk apologized for the inconvenience and gave me the upgraded more expensive room for the same price.
