"The apartment was stunning, newly remodeled, and incredibly spacious. I loved how close it was to the Ketron area and how walkable the neighborhood was. The only downside was that the property lacked an elevator, but overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay!"

"Very convenient hotel"

"Fint værelse og perfekt beliggenhed. Der er ikke meget ‘hotel-miljø’, hvis man ønsker det. Søde og hjælpsomme personale. "

"Breakfast okay not great. Nice rooms nice staff. Problem with power and water"

"We loved everything about this hotel. It’s modern and cozy, super clean. Breakfast was amazing: diverse and delicious! The location is excellent! Special thanks to all the people who work there to create such a great experience!"

Most annoying is that staff was very put-offish and would not even attempt to accommodate any requests as other hotels typically do (such as luggage storage)."

"I stayed at Nine Rooms for one night during my visit to Yerevan, Armenia, and I was very happy with my stay. The apartments are spacious, very clean, comfortable, and extremely well equipped. They have everything you could need, including a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and dishes. The room was very large, tidy, and impeccably clean. The location is also excellent, just a few blocks from the city centre, making it very convenient for exploring Yerevan. The manager was wonderful —...
