However, do not book this property if you are expecting air conditing. It had an evaporated cooler which did not cool the pod at all. And in August it was so miserable.We also experienced a heavy amount of bugs. Lots of little bugs on the floor that we had to kill and no broom was left to clean it up or to clean up the sand...

"This is second year we have rented this lake house for a family reunion. They have improved the house with more grass and a fire pit. The grandkids loved the hot tub. We had an issue with a smoke alarm and the owner was quick to respond. This house is close to yuba and though it was cold we still enjoyed our stay."
