A 1,000-square-foot tiki hut with an outdoor kitchen and TV is scheduled to be completed within about two months, so its definitely will be ready for winter season 2020-2027. Listing photos will be updated as soon as it is finished. Until then, guests enjoy the existing home and the large backyard.

The pool
The pool is run on top-of-the-line equipment: a premium heater so the water stays comfortable beyond peak summer, a high-end salt system for softer water and less harsh chlorine, and a full automation system so temperature, timing, and features are controlled cleanly rather than with leftover equipment from a decade ago. Multi-color LED lighting sets the backyard at night. A robotic cleaner runs every other day, and a pool service also comes on a regular schedule, so the water is kept in condition for guests — not left to whoever last used it.

Interiors
Living spaces are furnished with RH and Baer’s pieces - substantial, high-end furniture rather than disposable vacation-rental stock. Smart LED TVs are throughout the main rooms so evenings in are as easy as evenings out on Atlantic Avenue.

The property is built to a high hurricane standard: impact windows and doors throughout, and a metal roof — among the strongest roof types used in South Florida against wind. You get the climate and the storms of Delray without a house that feels temporary.

Our properties are professionally serviced on a regular schedule by Native Pest Control, one of the area’s leading pest control companies. However, due to Florida’s climate and frequent rainfall, no pest control company can guarantee a completely insect-free environment.

If you notice an unusual amount of insect activity during your stay, please let us know. The only available solution is to schedule an additional pest control treatment, and we will do our best to arrange this as quickly as possible. Please note that service availability may vary, especially on weekends and holidays.
