"Our stay at the hotel was really, really great. Everything from the service level of ALL the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel, in general, to the quality of the food was top-notch. The hotel oozes of class. Even though it is a classy hotel, we felt very much welcome with our two small children (ages 4 and 1), given the attentiveness and caring nature of the staff. If I had to point out a flaw, it would be that one has to go and down through the 5th floor to get to/from the rooms...

"The hotel was spotless, and the staff were absolutely outstanding, professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. When heavy rain unexpectedly caused a leak in our ceiling, they handled the situation incredibly well, relocating us to a similar room within minutes. We also had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the food was genuinely delicious. A wonderful experience overall. Tip: Might not be a perfect location in Delhi but it doesn’t really matter as you primarily want to...
