The pictures of the rooms do not match the current condition of the room. Near the toilet there was cigarette ash on the floor, had a cockroach on the toilet, the towels were not the cleanest, in the bathroom used a bleach deodorizer which was too strong.
When checking in, the guy who showed the room and how to activate the hot water heater, walked on the bath mat at the door to the bathroom with his dirty shoes — either don’t place at the door or don’t step on the mat!
The hotel mentions breakfast buffet. Yet, signage in the breakfast area reads that due to shortage of heating materials, the menu is limited. Limited food choices and not worth choosing this place for the breakfast.
The pick up from the airport is included via taxi service. The driver tried to scam me by showing me a 20 USD and asking if I had money — when told the pick up is included in hotel, he dropped the issue. Know that an Uber only costs about 4 USD.
Had booked a city view but was on first floor facing a wall — no view but at least not facing the ‘street’ (more an alley) to hear the constant honking, men talking and dust swirling.
Overall, would not recommend. It’s close to the airport, but the Radisson Blu close by would have more class.
