Very very very nice. I think the breakfast is really tasty and variety is very nice. The service was amazing and food is fresh and hot. Eggs and tea wede on the spot and fast. Hotel Room was also clean and very elegant. I think overall I had a wonderful story here

The owner and the managing staff of the hotel was too nice the quality of the rooms are also best food provided by the hotel was also so tasty and nice also the area is so good that you can easily explore all the site scenes of delhi from this central place .One of the Best hotel i have ever seen in my tour journy. Hotel in great location and good value for the price you pay. Rooms have everything needed and it was very spacious. The hotel is in walking distance to the main attractions as well as shopping centers but also has public transportation close by. Really enjoying our stay. Our room is lovely and clean, lots of instant hot water with the strong flow shower. Food has been plentiful and well cooked, good choices. Staff are very smiley friendly and helpful.Great one night stay last week.Free parking.Tea and scones in the afternoon and a nice buffet style cooked breakfast in the morning. We've been to many hotels in Bournemouth,we will definitely return to this one.

One of my best nights I satayed on this lovely hotel. So comfortable and I never felt being home in hotel as on this hotel. Managers and propably owner was welcoming friendly. My room was not ready and I left very heavy luggage on reception area and I left to get lunch. When I came back I found my luggage on my room carried by them. The view of my room was stunning and quite. The location is so amazing in central Delhi.

Scam roach hotel

Disgusting. Saw roaches as soon as I entered the room. Took me 30 minutes to find the place, since their name doesn't exist on Google Maps, and their location on this site is also incorrect.

Totally different as in picture.Staff untrained.Refused booking & asked cash if wants to go in the room & asked phone call from booking company or go to another hotel.Faced a big hassel.Door lock broken room was not well cleaned.No any cloth hanger in the room & wash room. Never ever will book this hotel. I left a day advance this hotel. Absolutely very bad experience of stayed there.

⭐ Terrible Experience – Misleading and Unhygienic!

This hotel was nothing like what was advertised on their website. The pictures and descriptions were completely misleading, making it seem like a well-maintained property. However, our actual experience was terrible and extremely uncomfortable. 🚨 Major Issues: The room was filthy, with dust, stains, and a terrible odor. The bathroom was in horrible condition—the flush didn’t work, and the shower had a major leak, flooding the floor. The room smelled awful, making it difficult to stay inside for long. Cockroaches were everywhere, even on the bed, making it impossible to sleep. The walls were not even painted, unlike the well-lit, modern images shown on their website. We booked this place based on ratings and pictures, but the reality was shocking. The photos must be years old, as the hotel has clearly not been maintained at all. It was one of the worst experiences for me and my family, and we barely got any sleep due to the poor hygiene and discomfort. For the price we paid, we expected at least basic cleanliness and functionality, but this hotel failed on every level. I strongly recommend avoiding this place—there are far better options out there. Do not trust the online images or ratings. 👎

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and one of its standout features is its prime location. Situated in the heart of the city, it’s perfectly positioned for exploring all the local attractions, restaurants, and shops – everything is within walking distance. The staff here truly made my stay unforgettable. From check-in to check-out, every team member was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They were knowledgeable about the area and offered great recommendations for things to do and places to visit. Their exceptional service made me feel like I was the only guest at the hotel. If you're looking for a hotel with a perfect location and staff that treats you like family, this is the place to be!

Very nice, clean room with AC, clean towels and bathroom, nice bed. Gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Room was ready on time, and was even offered a late checkout, free of cost. As I'm staying at a different venue tonight, it was nice to have the time in between check-ins cut shorter. Very accommodating and a good place to stay for however long you need.

First time staying in a plazzo prime and it was a very pleasant experience which I hope all the other hotel live up to. Very affordable and the check in process was easy. All staff very kind. Room was exceptionally clean upon arrival. It had a kettle, a coffee machine and TV. Didn’t seem to get the small air con unit working however the lovely gentleman in reception let us borrow a fan. Enough towels were provided and the shower had a 2 in 1 shampoo/body wash that did not dry my hair out.They’re not super amazing but they certainly get the job done. The mojito however was not very nice. The breakfast is just as lovely, providing a wide range of things. Like fruit, bread, plain croissants, aswell as cereals and milk (alt milk too). Of course the breakfast staples were all nice and hot and present,

Very bad stay. Charged rupees 500 for a fully paid booking. Very hard to find and extremely difficult to find parking. No glasses in rooms and took an hour to get them after requesting a few times. Unsafe electric outlets open wires. Thin mattress. Avoide

The best thing is that I get a confirmation call from the hotel. I was told the check in time and when I reached the hotel, my room was kept absolutely clean.There were all the facilities which made my stay comfortable and the hotel service was so fast, for this I thank the staff. I would recommend all my friends to stay in Plazzo.

best place ever always feels like home when i get back here. love the cozy rooms and great location. nice hot showers and daily towel service. unbelievable for the price. want to update my review again because i can't believe the bad reviews. the rooms are CLEAN and cared for, the showers are super hot with lots of pressure, of course there is street noise it's downtown? deal with it. enjoy the ambiance you can still open your window and hear the lovely birds.

One of my best nights I satayed on this lovely hotel. So comfortable and I never felt being home in hotel as on this hotel. Managers and propably owner was welcoming friendly. The bedsheets were used and smelly, the property is hard to find with different name on Expedia and on maps. A random guy knocked on my door midnight asking how i checked in and how i got the keys to the room before checking their register. I would give 0 out of 5.

Avoid this place

I waited for 30 min to check in, only to be taken on a motorcycle by the “manager” to his “other property” (no explanation about why there was no room). Overall didn’t get to my room for 1 hour. Both places were run down and not very clean - did not match pictures… I had to ask for a towel and toilet paper, no sheets on the beds only blankets.

There's a 24 hr reception which makes it feel more secure. And for the room itself it's standard. A bed for you to sleep in with a small shower/toilet. Don't expect extreme comfort, but for your money. It's clean and safe.I mentioned this after entering my room then returning to Reception. As soon as I mentioned the staff couldn't be more helpful and sorted it all out within minutes. Absolutely awesome service! A great budget option in a central location in the city, the room was spotless and comfortable too.

For the price, we were not expecting the friendly staff and spotless, comfortable rooms we got. Yes, the rooms were small, but they were perfect for somewhere to crash on a weekend to visit friends.1st thoughts when seeing the building, was not the best, but when you enter and then see the rooms, it's wow what a surprise, looks so different to what you expect, pleasant staff on the reception, helpful when we needed help, rooms were decent but with easy hotels you pay for what you want, and we had a twin room with bathroom and a window and was happy, lots of plug sockets and usbs which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely said we stay here again
