Nightmare in Karol Baug
Request all people who travel with family to avoid this hotel.
First they try to force you to stay in smaller room than that is shown in pics. Then they say that out of courtesy they are upgrading to bigger room
Then they ask you to pay by cash when you refuse they say your cards are rejected when you show them that you have just used it an hour ago then they abuse you and when you prove that their machine is faulty the senior staff and owner flee the spot
You get a bucket with big hole w/o any mug / jug for bath no towel for each member of family
Fir brake fast the give toast bread which is toasted on fry pan and not in toaster
They give you wi-fi connection w/o internet
When forced they ultimately accept paytm payment but make you wait for payment confirmation
In all worst experience ever!

Don't stay here
Disappointing would be the correct term. Some staff sleep on the roof so if you have aroom just below them you will hear furniture being moved around at midnight or find a staff member on his cell phone chatting for an hour outside your door. In short, the staff are poorly trained in the art of hotelery. The clothing cupboard needed cleaning and the old glass of milk in the fridge was overlooked by cleaning staff. Don't take a room near the elevator. Its noisy. There are always nice people but too many apologies make for a bad experience. Unfortunatley the list of things that went wrong is a bit longer. It was hard to understand why the cook put sugar in the scrambled eggs. Perhaps a one night stay is doable.

Not worth the money
the room was terrible, the moment i came in, the bedding has strand of hair. You have to call them to activate the water heater, and few times water just stopped and you have to call them again. They only have room service for breakfast, i called 8am and it arrived 10AM after 2 times of calling them to follow up and it was just tea and toast! it is very noisy as you can hear other rooms slam their doors, there was 2 women fighting and very loud at the next room and nobody cares to stop them. they insisted for you to settle your bills by cash and not creditcard.

Un peu déçu !
Pour mon premier séjour en Inde et à ce prix je ne m'attendais pas à une merveille. Le problème c'est que les photos sont superbes mais trompeuses...du moins pour la chambre standard. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est très poussiéreux, on dirait qu'il y a des travaux en permanence et évidemment beaucoup de bruit. Le personnel est attentif mais attention à ne pas tomber dans les petits pièges. On m'avait proposer de gérer une réservation de train par l'intermédiaire d'une soit disant agence, j'ai perdu beaucoup de temps pour rien et j'ai fini par résoudre le problème tout seul. La chambre était très simple, peu engageante et le lit de 17m2 annoncé aux abonnés absents, ce qui ne m'étonne qu'à moitié vu le standard de l'hôtel. Salle de bain sommaire et en plus il faut réclamer pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Nous sommes restés deux nuits et le ménage n'a pas été fait. Bref, un hôtel très simple dans un quartier très animé à un prix honnête sans plus.

Lovely hotel in Karol Bagh
For a sightseeing trip to Delhi, you want to choose staying close to the center. This hotel is a lovely little find in Karol Bagh, which is easily accessible for cabs trying to locate you. Staff is well trained and polite. Free breakfast albeit with limited options, is one of the highlights. Room is large enough for two, is clean and has modern fittings in the toilet. For hot water, you have to call housekeeping & wait 5-10 minutes, but that is not much of a hassle. Overall, a pleasant stay. We'll definitely choose King's Inn for our future travels to Delhi.

Stay somewhere else.
I arranged a transfer with the hotel to pick me up from the airport, however on arrival he wasn't there. I had to wait 40mins for him to arrive after I had cleared customs and immigration.
Upon arrival at the hotel I realised the hotel was not as the pictures looked.
Room had no window, bed sheets had stains on them and the floor was dirty.
There was no restaurant as stated on the website plus no roof terrace. You could order room service but you had no option than to eat on your bed.
I had to request the bottle water be taken of my room bill as it stated bottled water was free.
There was also no mini bar and the TV did not work.
Wouldn't stay there again

Terrible & NO response
I booked 5 rooms for our stay on 3rd May. I double conformed our visit with hotel and reached around 7PM. They casually told that their hotel is under renovation and they relocated us to very near( 2 Kms away) hotel. it is horrible experience that we walked here and there upto night 11PM with our luggage. The Alternate hotel which they through us is very very bad night mare. there is no water in bath rooms , Non working air-conditioners, unwashed bed linens etc.... Guys don't take any risk with your family by the booking confirmation with this hotel (Kings Inn, Delhi).They are totally irresponsible and deaf ears. Nasty service.

Best Staff in India, Delhi and Wonderful Rooms!
Alright, this place is special!!! If you want to stay in Delhi in the thick of it, close to the Karol Bagh Metro station and Market... this is the place! But, what makes it good isn't just the location (which is excellent) its the managers running it! Lawrence the dayshift manager, and Rajesh the Night Shift Manager were INCREDIBLE!!!! It was my birthday and Rajesh bought us cupcakes with my name in them that were delicious! They were helpful and in all reality like friends! The rooms are immaculate, bedding comfortable, hot shower at all times. We cannot say enough about this hotel, and if you are in Delhi and need a place where you won't get ripped off (much of the city is like this for foreigners) this hotel is the place. Still after 2 months, one of the best places we have stayed. You won't be disappointed!
Lets face it... a room is a room.. it's the people who work at hotel and the service that makes the difference.. and this place has it all!

v hotelu jsem strávila 14 dní, po předchozí domluvě mě vyzvedli na letišti, abych nemusela hledat hotel. Pokoj by pěkný, čistý každý den se chodili ptát, jestli chceme uklidit pokoj nebo převléknout postel. Ubytování doporučuji.

Makings of a good hotel but falls short
First few nights there were too many insects in the room. There were literally black lines of them crawling in the room. After being bitten a lot and complaining, the bugs were killed. But they need to be reminded to clean the room properly everyday after.
Bed sheets were generally not very clean even tho they say premium bed sheets.
Tea/coffee often wasnt replenished and it says water was complementary but was billed for it which we refused to pay. We phoned up for milk twice one evening as there wasn't any in the tray but it never showed up. But the evening reception guy did seem pretty useless. Lawrence tho was good, who was on reception during the day. He understood the issues and tried to do something about it.
Wifi when it worked it was fine. Tho you had to ask for a username and passwords most days as they would change it which was a little frustrating.
The other frustration was the key locks on the door. Sometimes you'd swipe the card and it wouldn't let you in and you'd have to wait nearly a minute to try again after it stops beeping. Then only for it to do the same again and then normally on the 3rd attempt it worked.
The breakfast was very good, once they got the order correct. Shouldn't have been hard as we had the same thing every day. It did improve as time went on tho.
There were no small side in the room as the picture shows and the chairs weren't gold either!
Overall not great but cheap so can't expect too much but you would expect basic cleanliness.

Clean & Bright rooms
The manager Lawrence is a very friendly person. When I checked in with a confirmed Expedia booking, they did not have any rooms and set me up in a different hotel. After a couple days I came back to this one. They do not have a seperate restaurant. Never tried room service, which is 24 by 7. It's very close to karolbagh blue line Metro.
Windows are sealed and you cannot open any, due to dust and smoke. (Delhi is highly poluted)
The beds are medium firm spring mattress. I'm a very finicky sleeper, but did not aggravate my lower back issues. It is value for money since I got a 50% off due to AirAsia flight ( 900 plus taxes )
