Hoteller nær Delavan Historical Society

"It’s a relaxing, comfortable place to stay."

"Good price for a good nights sleep"

"Room was very clean. Nice breakfast variety. Plenty of parking. Staff was pleasant. My only complaint was we had a handicapped shower and the water would go out onto the floor . Had to put towels down to help stop the water from escaping. We are not handicapped. Overall excellent. Would stay there again."

"Property is amazing! This is our third you’re coming from our anniversary, it is the only place we stay! It is quiet, it is clean, the amenities are above and beyond. So very happy with everything. The staff is wonderful, the breakfast basket is such a nice little touch. The views are to die for. You can’t get much better than this!"

"We stayed Oct 16, 2026 and the lady behind the check area was the best employee I have ever encountered. I regret not getting her name. We had a special situation and she helped us out tremendously and wanted to give her a shoutout. Please go back and review who worked that afternoon at 3:30 pm and let me know her name."

"Love everything!"

"Totally disappointed in our weekend visit. Overnight guy was rude, coffee was supposed to be ready at 630 am and staff didn’t show up until 8. Bathroom shower door was jacked up. Toilet struggled to flush. Hostess at restaurant acted put out to seat us. All in…will never go back to this property. Gym was sketch with a worker that was using it at night. Would have received better service at courtyard Marriott."

"Room was clean and nicely decorated. Parking lot requires a short walk uphill, so beware if you have a lot of luggage. Bottled water is not free as I found out. No price list for any minibar items. Checking in is at another location after 4 pm. And reception only coded my keycard for 1 day by mistake, so it might require a drive to get it recoded."

"Room was clean, balcony view was amazing, the heat and air worked perfectly, the staff super friendly and helpful"

"We had a great view of the lake."

"This was a last minute get out of Chicago trip to Lake Geneva. Lots of great history and character. Never seen more people stop to take pictures of a hotel. There are only 6 rooms here so it is quite unique. It is truly like stepping back into history. The speakeasy bar is a fun experience. Hotel is walking distance from everything downtown. The property manager Cortney was welcoming and very helpful and lives on-site so very responsive. This is not a modern antiseptically clean, charmless...

"Everything about the resort was beautiful! Well maintained! Clean! Absolutely wonderful stay. We would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!"

"Pretty view from balcony. Helpful and nice staff. Clean and convenient to everything so didn’t have to mess with parking"
