"Positives: it was about -17 outside and very worm inside, toilet worked and relatively clean, beds were OK, tv worked. Negatives: microwave was not rotating and rusted; there were no place to hang outside closes; towels were on microwave and not in the bathroom; door did not have lock inside, only outside; there were no internal phone or any way to call management; internet was locked and password was not provided; lamp on the night stand was broken, no USB ports. "

"Room and common areas were unclean, pool was rusty and not clean, mold on ceilings and stairs, carpet has large stains, rips in curtains, sharp shower tiles, elevator was broken. No shuttle even though it’s advertised on the website. Front staff, the woman working there was absolutely lovely Parking is easy"

"Et Marriott hotel der holder sin standard, men dog placeret i enormt kedeligt område. Der er intet at kigge på eller spænde områder. Kun omgivet af kedelige kontor bygninger og kinesiske forretninger. Lidt langt fra transportmiddel til Toronto. Et hotel hvor man bare sover, så er der flottest."

"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "

"The rooms are spacious and comfortable and quiet (despite my next statement)! The layout of the hotel is alot of fun and is centred around the bar/restaurant. The staff are the bar and restaurant are amazing - friendly and professional! The staff overall are really helpful and looking for ways to improve your guest experience! Looking forward to coming back here year after year for Little NHL! And looking forward to seeing the room refreshes!"
