Guests will have access to one garage stall, but there's plenty of parking for multiple vehicles.

OUTSIDE SPACE: Enjoy amazing sunsets at Serpent Lake from the dock, fire pit or back deck at this Deerwood retreat — or splurge to rent a pontoon and enjoy serene views from the water.

Guests will have access to a 4-person paddleboat, one kayak and one paddle board.

The brand new maintenance-free deck has tons of seating options with six Polywood Adirondack chairs, two high-top chairs, 9 sling to put around a large table and a mini picnic table for kids. There's plenty more seating options in the walk-out patio below the deck, including a bar top table!

SERPENT LAKE: 100 feet of west-facing lake frontage with a large dock that's set up for pontoon storage (not provided, rental options nearby). There are two public access points for boats — one just north of Deerwood on Voyageur Highway and the other being opposite this home in Crosby.

The lake itself is 1,103 acres with average water clarity of 20 feet, which the state classifies as "very good." The deepest part is 65', but 32% of the lake is 15 feet or less. It's a popular recreational lake with good fishing — walleye, pike, bass and crappies.

MAIN FLOOR: Open sight lines from front to back with tons of seating options! The main level of this rambler features a kitchen, dining and living room that are all connected so groups can enjoy separate spaces while still being connected for conversation. All three spaces enjoy views of the lake through a huge picture window.

The fully-stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances with a breakfast bar and seating for four. A Keurig Duo machine (individual cups and traditional coffee pot) with some K-cup options will be provided. The 65-inch smart TV is mounted above the fireplace for use with your personal streaming accounts.

There are two exit doors off the main living area to access the 600+ SF deck that overlooks Serpent Lake.

BASEMENT: The basement features two more bedrooms and a second bathroom. There’s also a second living room with a TV and a full bar with six stools. The walkout basement has access to the back patio and yard — great for coming inside after swimming in the lake!

TV DETAILS
The house has three smart TVs, but guests will need to use their PERSONAL streaming accounts. A 65" TV is mounted above the fireplace on the main floor, a 50" TV is mounted in the basement living room and a 34" TV is in a basement bedrooms.
