3 bedroom, 2 bath Lake House, quiet area on Lake Chickamauga with covered dock. Over 100 5-star reviews says it all!

Located in a peaceful area along Lake Chickamauga, you'll find fabulous fishing + Kayaks + bird watching including Eagles/Osprey + amazing views from Great Room/Kitchen! High speed fiber optic internet WiFi!

New gravel pad with large firepit you can cook on that everyone loves Has a pad table near the dock to have lunch while enjoying the water and watching the kids swim. A grill on the huge side porch is a perfect place for private tanning and grilling. Large Covered rear porch to enjoy the view with table and umbrella as well. Outdoor ceiling fans offer cool comfort on the porches. Located in a peaceful cove along Lake Chickamauga, you'll find views of the water, mountains and sunsets. Boat up 20 minutes up the river and experience going through a lock on the river up to Watts Bar Lake (free).

Large LOOP driveway that makes for a pull through with your boat. Have had as many as 6 boats there at one time. Power available at the dock, carport and outside of the garage. Dayton Boat ramp about 20-25 min away. Boat ramp available at the Cotton Port Marina across the cove (2 min drive) and a community ramp about 5 min away (OK to park trailers on the grass inside the loop). Fuel and restaurant available at marina. Dock is typically dry from Oct 1 until mid to late April. Check historic levels at http://www.chickamaugalake.info/Level/

- Main Floor, Kitchen with Island seats 4, Table seats 6, TV, Master bedroom, Master Bathroom with large shower
- Top Floor, 2 large twins with new mattresses

The new kitchen is convenient and fully equipped, and the great room design ensures even the chef is included in the conversation and fun. Very neat 2 story spiral staircase takes you to entertainment room downstairs, bedroom, bath. Midfloor consist of kitchen, dining, master bedroom and bathroom. Top floor has bedroom with twin beds and balcony. Table with seating for 6 along with 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar. Access the lake from the lower or mid floor. Comfortable seating in the entertainment room for watching tv includes a couch and high-top table with chairs. This home feels expansive and comfortable with vaulted ceilings and wonderful natural light.

Enjoy the Provided Kayaks. Large Yard for the kids to play. Enjoy your hot cocoa, s'mores or a glass of wine with friends and family on the rear porch. Use the kayaks to cross the cove and get a snack at the camp ground or explore the neighboring cove. We love the beautiful sunsets God provides free of charge.

Dayton, Athens, Decatur, Cleveland are close by with restaurants, shopping, groceries and fuel, and Chattanooga and Knoxville are each an hours drive for attractions, concerts, historical locations, live music, etc.

I have installed one security camera covering the driveway and one covering the rear yard. This helps me to sleep at night when the house is unoccupied.

Great family getaway

Enjoyed the back boat dock the most. Peaceful in the mornings with sightings of rabbits, deer across the cove, fish jumping and the gar no one could seem to catch. Loved the downstairs TV room and enjoyed the space for karaoke. Very comfortable.

Very clean, peaceful atmosphere

The property was very clean, the host quick to reply to communication. The grounds were very peaceful, could sit on the deck and watch my husband fish from the dock, read a good book, truly relax! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for a peaceful weekend

This was perfect for a quiet Mother’s Day weekend getaway. The house is located in a quiet cove and was very peaceful. There’s lots of sitting options to carry on conversations and build memories. We enjoyed the nice covered dock and even tried out the kayaks. Shortly after entering the water we discovered one of the kayaks was collecting water, that’s ok it made for one heck of a memory! This was a great location for grownups, I would worry about little kids with the spiral staircase. The property was clean and met our expectations. We appreciated the amenities. I would definitely book again when visiting the area.

Great week

This was a terrific place to spend the week with my kids for spring break. Luckily the water came up around the dock and we caught lots of brim which is what we went for was to fish. It was a cute house layout was a little odd with the living room on the bottom floor but we didn’t have much time for tv anyway. The place was very nice and clean and in a great location!

Fishing Trip

Our family had to change houses last minute due to cancellation of our other house. We were not disappointed with the change. House is very clean, property owner has wonderful communication with renters & the parking was big enough for both of our boats. Wonderful stay and highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the stay, we were kept very busy with wedding festivities that we didn't get to try out the amenities. We will book again. The house was nicely decorated, clean and lots of books and games to keep you occupied if the weather is not ideal for being outside.

Last week's stay

Nice property great location on the lake Very quiet. Owner was great to work with. Only issue was the microwave did not work. We were not at the house much so it did not matter and they did have a toaster oven that got us by. I never reached out about the microwave, again it was not a big deal to us. I am confident they would have addressed and hopefully they can before the next guests. Would book again Thanks for the hospitality

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and furnished well. The dock was great. We took our boat and enjoyed fishing. It was very quiet and peaceful. The only issue was the WiFi was very slow. We plan on returning.

Great vacation spot

We visited from Florida for a family vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and the house was mostly accommodating of our needs. We loved having access to the water for kayaking and fishing, and we visited the Mayfield creamery during our stay. There are a few small accommodations that would ha e made our stay easier such as paper towels in the kitchen. We did struggle a bit with the spiral staircase and didn’t feel the upstairs railing was safe due to a gap in the rails (our 6 year old definitely could have fit through it). Overall, we had a great trip and we are pleased with our stay. Thank you!

Beautiful home ight on the lake

This was our second year in a row staying in this home! We own a boat, and it is fantastic to be able to leave your boat docked in the private, covered dock! We were able to leave all fishing gear on the boat without fear of someone tampering with it. The boat launch is conveniently locate, right across the cove. You can boat back to the house faster than you can drive back from the launch. The house is gorgeous and has a great view of the cove! There is plenty of cookware if you wish to eat in. Keith has several kayaks for use, and there are plenty of places you can fish from the kayak! I caught my pb from the kayak! Keith responds to any questions or concerns you have within minutes! I could tell he really wanted us to enjoy our stay! I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants a nice house with beautiful scenery, especially if you like to fish and/or boat! Thanks Keith for being the perfect host to the perfect for us house!

Bachelor party boat weekend

That was an awesome house. I planned a bachelor party for my brother and we wanted a lake house with a dock and this was golden. It was a very cute house, and nice layout. We brought a boat and put in at one of the boat ramps that’s less than 5 mins from the house, then were able to park the trailer at the house. It is a little tight turning into and getting in the driveway as I had a 24’ trailer, but once in there is enough space to turn around and park. The cove is very shallow all the way in, my depth reeder was saying 5’-2’, so be careful, but the bottom is just mud and silt so it shouldn’t ruin a prop. Overall very good property and had everything we needed. Easy to communicate with hosts and they are very accommodating. Easy to find house.
