Once believed to have been a traditional shopfront, a nod to Deal’s rich maritime and trading history, the large picture window now fills the spacious sitting and dining room with natural light, creating a bright and inviting living space. The house has recently been renovated and tastefully decorated with seaside touches throughout. The small, but well-equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need for holiday meals. Upstairs across two floors, are two tastefully decorated bedrooms with the most wonderful sea views. You can wake up to the sound of the waves from the comfort of your bed. Step outside to discover a sweet little courtyard with table and chairs, a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine as the sun goes down. Just moments from Deal’s independent shops, award-winning eateries, and historic pier, Seaside Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Kent coast. Your four-legged friend is very welcome too.

Parking

Pay and display parking on Beach Street. Free parking can be found on Beach Street (towards the Rowing Club).

Dog friendly - one dog is welcome, downstairs only.

House Rules

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.

Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property. No charging of e-scooters or e-cigarettes.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
