Grab a blanket to enjoy your private covered patio, and be content to stay in, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfy living room with electric fireplace, scenic views, and two Smart TVs. Enjoy quiet & tranquil West-facing views of trees and mountains from this 2nd floor apartment. This single bedroom unit features a coveted King-sized KINGSDOWN GOLD MATTRESS for an amazing restful sleep. A queen-size sofabed can accommodate 2 additional guests, and a foldable crib is available for little ones.


OUR LOCATION: We are situated under popular hiking trails: Wind Valley and Pigeon Mountain. When here, there is fast access to lower elevation trails such as Guy Lafleur and the Trans Canada Trail. And also an accessible walking trail on the creek behind the resort.

DRIVING: There is FREE parking in our underground garage (locked: access via PIN pad). Having your own vehicle is necessary, as there is no public transport to Canmore/Banff. We are a 5 minute drive to Canmore and 25 minute drive to Banff.

OUR BUILDING was constructed in 2024, with the following amenities available:
-Year Round, Outdoor Heated Pool and Hot Tub: 8am-10pm daily.
-A Gym Stocked with equipment.
-Locking Bike and Ski Storage in the parking garage (Large Shared Storage Cage: Your personal code grants you access to the cage and you may bring your own personal locks for use within the storage cage).
-A Liquor Store: 12-10pm daily.
-A Local Favourite Coffee Shop and Roaster 'Eclipse Coffee' featuring delicious locally made treats: 7:30am-5pm daily.

MORE ABOUT OUR SPACE: We are a stylish single bedroom unit with a coveted King-sized Kingsdown Gold Mattress for an amazing restful sleep. A queen-size sofabed can accommodate 2 additional guests, and a foldable crib is available for little ones. There are black-out blinds on the living room and bedroom windows. All the cooking tools and some basic cooking ingredients (salt/pepper, coffee, assorted tea, cooking oil) to make up a fully stocked kitchen. Drip coffee machine, as well as a french press. We provide all towels and linens. Hairdryer. Soaps, Shampoo/conditioner.

We hire a local 3rd party cleaner. They are a wonderful person and a thorough worker. We really appreciate them. The cleaning fee, in it's entirety, goes directly to pay them. In order for us to keep our cleaning fee as low as it is, we do ask that all guests follow the check out procedures and leave the unit tidy. This helps make our cleaner's day great, and allows us to keep our cleaning fees lower for our guests.

Great Mountain Get Away

Julia and Joe were great hosts. They provided a warm and inviting environment to relax in. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and parkade. The unit was bright and clean. Beautiful view of the trees and mountains.

Great - as expected

We spent a nice three nights in this apartment while we took day trips to Banff and Jasper National Parks. It's very clean, has what you need for cooking, and a lovely balcony with a grill. No complaints. Be aware that it's at a Canmore exit with basically nothing else but a gas station--you'll need to go closer in to town to be within walking distance to restaurants and shops. But this property has a pretty creek and walking trails in the woods, so it was fine for us.

The condo was awesome, stocked with everything we needed, clean, comfortable and convenient to Canmore and Banff. Access to the condo and to the parking garage was easy but secure. Parking was free, secure and covered. The place was so reasonable, especially compared to what is charged in Canmore and Banff. Highly recommend!

Perfect base for exploring Banff, Canmore, and Calgary

This apartment was an ideal home base for our visit to the Banff/Canmore area and Calgary. It was spotless, fully equipped, and offered a very peaceful stay. While sound does carry a little between units, it never disturbed us and the overall atmosphere remained calm and relaxing. Our host was excellent, providing all the essential information and tips to make our stay hassle-free. Highly recommended for a few days of exploring this beautiful region!

The BEST

We are sitting here, delaying leaving. We need to check out in 26 minutes but I don’t want to go. This spot is perfect for access to all the things, but more importantly you’ll feel at home instantly. It’s super clean, super cute, super comfy. I want to come back right away! Julia was fun to communicate with and very helpful. The instructions are so easy. You’ll love it!

Very Impressive Accommodation!
