"We return regularly to this fav hotel. It’s located just north of Farmington, out of the busy noisy area. Very quiet & small in size with very nice amenities; right up our alley. My only minor complaint is with Richard at the front desk. This isn’t out first visit where he’s really lacking customer service/friendly attitude. Not a good first impression. I had to return to the front desk 4 times to get a working key. Although Richard eventually resolved the issue, he didn’t seem to care &...

"We made it a girls weekend. We had 3 adults stay, but 4 to 5 could stay comfortably. We liked the history behind it and are into a little ghostly possible haunting adventure. The back deck was our favorite hangout. Its centrally located between St. Gen and Festus. Its a beautiful rurral area, but you aren't more thab 30 minutes from restaurants, etc. The owner was very nice and quick to respond and even left us snacks and homemade wine. We enjoyed the riesling!"

"We were in town for a wedding. The location was right next to the venue and the church. The place was very clean and had lots of amenities. The bedroom and living room were both very large and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but it has a washer and dryer which for long-term stays would have been worth it. Check in was super easy and communicating with the owner was spot on.
