The attention to detail and the understated elegant aesthetic of the house, the beautiful wild garden and the incomparable setting overlooking Loch Bay was exquisite and elevated our time in the Highlands. "What a gem of a bungalow in beautiful Islay! The house was spotless. We are a group of two families (6 children, 10 total) traveling around Islay. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. The best part was the VIEW! Located right on the water, you cross the street and are on the beach. The kids were able to cross the street in the evenings to play. We walked to two of our restaurants, which was a short 2 mile walk along the loch into Port Charlotte. The house is about 5 houses down...

"They provide washer machine but not the dryer. One of the bathrooms is inside the queen bed room has very heavy smells. Needs to have more ventilation. "

The location feels rural and remote but it's very central and there's still a large supermarket on just 10 minutes drive. The owner was very responsive and helpful for any questions we had!
