"Really nice hotel with very good service. Fantastic view from the balcony. Very good breakfast and cozy bar to sit in front of the fireplace. Perfect location to lift to First - just across the street. Free bus ticket to the area and 10 min with the bus to Terminal to mountain/lift for Männlichen and Eiger. Like to stay at the hotel again. "

"Honestly.. A bit disappointed.. Staff seemed a bit "annoyed" at breakfast (but Breakfast was good!) and I actually booked a room with Balcony View of Matterhorn, however we got a simple room on the side of the building with absolutely no view as promised. It was all-in-all a decent stay, but it could have been better if they had just put a bit more effort into it. I will still say it was a good stay. But 300 CHF for a room with no view (and compared to what I could have chosen) was a bit...
