"Alpenhof is a lovely little hotel nestled just a short walk uphill from Grindelwald Station. It offers everything you need for a great stay in this beautiful alpine village. The location is central and convenient, with easy access to everything from First to Interlaken. The rooms are clean and cozy, the on-site restaurant is very good, and there’s parking available right in front of the hotel. "We had halfboard, but the evenning dinner was so bad that I wouldn't feed it to a dog. We ate half a portion the first night, and looked at the same the other night, but went to eat in the town. I cant see that anybody would like to serve that kind of food for other people. Breakfast was ok, but dinner unacceptable"
