"I was very disappointed in this hotel knowing it should be one of the 5star 1st they try to borrow me secondly it was a problem for them to heat my food up if I bought something that wasn’t from the hotel knowing the rooms don’t have microwave , always have to call for room service would leave all day and come back and the room wasn’t clean , Nicole at front desk always have a attitude. The location is great could walk and find alot of places but didn’t feel welcome at this hotel at all would...
"Felt like walking into a 1990s Movie. Everything is very outdated. Everything works, “well kept”. But everything (even the staff) feels tired. Could use some TLC, specially for what they are charging per night. "
