"Fantastisk hotel. Imponerende spa område. 2 gode restauranter. Kommer bestemt gerne igen. "

"Rigtig dejligt hotel, med store værelser og fantastisk udsigt. Ligger centralt lige ved siden byens park. Servicen var helt i top. Skøn morgenmadsbuffet."

"The staff were very helpful during our stay, especially when they provided us with a portable heater while the hotel’s heating system was unavailable or not functioning properly. We really appreciated their assistance. One piece of constructive feedback would be regarding the breakfast dress code. I believe the hotel should clearly communicate any strict dress code requirements during check-in or provide written instructions in the room, similar to the information provided for the spa. We...

"There was some bug and spider inside the apartment and cleaning must be free every two days and not to be optional with fees it may cause problems to the tenants and changing towels is not enough as a service. Hopefully you take my concerns into consideration."

"Gammelt og slidt værelse. Trænger til renovering"

"God service, og god morgenmad. "

"Would definitely recommend staying here! Close to the Interlaken West train terminal and downtown Interlaken. The room was very clean and comfortable and was a great value. Plenty to do nearby — I had the best chai latte of my life at the cafe across the street."

"What a sweet little place on the water. So nice to be able to go in the balcony and be by the water AND watch the paragliders come down the mountain. Wonderful stay. Great staff"

"Never paid so much for a hotel that had so less facilities. This place has not been maintained for a decade, it is almost abandoned. Outdoor, grass everywhere, the main strairs to the main door is ruined, no one has cleaned the chairs from old leaves. Indoors, the doors are not closing completely, walls are thin and you can hear everything happening on the floor. Breakfast is poor. For this 3 star hotel paying over 3000dkk per night is like being robbed."

"Nice old style Hotel with fantastic staff. "

"Friendly staff . Clean room. Good breakfast. Peaceful surroundings . Walkable from interlaken west station ( 12-15 minutes)."

"Very limited option for breakfast but very cozy. Whatever food is there, its enough and amazing ❤️"

"Super dejligt hotel. Ikke den smukkeste placering i området, men meget praktisk. Venligt personale og gode værelser. Dog meget lydt. Vi havde svært ved at falde i søvn for trampen ovenpå. Morgenmaden var ufattelig kaotisk. Godt udvalg, men UTROLIG mange mennesker og de løb hele tiden tør for æg osv."
