Please note: Check-in is from 5:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Free street parking is available. The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by an elevator. For families with young children, a crib, high chair, children's books and toys, and children's dinnerware are provided. Smoking is not allowed, and pets are not permitted. Please respect our neighbors and maintain peace and quiet, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Guests are required to fill out an online pre-check-in form before arrival, including providing identification details for all guests. The accommodation should be treated with respect, and any damages or issues should be reported immediately. The apartment should be left tidy upon departure, with dishes cleaned and the refrigerator emptied. Waste must be sorted correctly. Parties and loud music are not allowed. The minimum age for guests is 26 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Fire extinguishers are for emergencies only, and smoke detectors should not be tampered with.
